If you’re not completely satisfied with your Glowbie purchase, return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less an 18% restocking fee. Because Glowbie provides free outbound shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it back.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.In order for us to accept your return, it must be in “like-new” condition. We cannot accept returns on special-order products. If you have any questions about this policy, please email info@luminancemedical.com.
